Mr.A.Mohamed Aaqil, learned counsel for Mr.P.Sidharthan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for ED Cases accepts notice for the respondent and having regard to the reasons set out in the condonation petition, does not very seriously object to the delay.
2. Hence, and having regard to the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 189 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
