This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2015 and further direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and proceed with the same as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 10.07.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police and the same was closed after detailed enquiry on 07.09.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
