Crl.M.P.No.6490 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Old Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Arani Police Station, twice in a week, i.e, on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
