(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Thiruchengode Police daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further order by this Court order dated 29.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.11269 of 2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that even till date, there is a tension prevailing in the locality. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
