ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25756 of 2022, thereby directed the respondents to treat the petitioner's entire service period as his pensionable service and to revise the pensionary and retirement benefits and to pay the revised pension and arrears if any, along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents revised the pension and disbursed the difference amount to the petitioner herein. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 21.07.2025 issued by the Assistant Manager, Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation (Kovai) Ltd., Erode Region, before this Court.
