O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.12.2014 before the respondent police station against the persons, who have committed cognizable offices against the petitioner and to proceed further in the matter according to law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.232/2014. He further submitted that the petitioner is not co-operate with the enquiry.

4.In view of the said submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable office is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
