ORDER
The Tahsildar, Nemmilli Sub Division, Ranipet, is suo-motu impleaded as the 5 th respondent in this writ petition.

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation / application submitted
by the petitioner on 06.01.2023 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.P.Dhayanand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 4 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit an on-line application to the impleaded 5 th respondent by furnishing all the necessary particulars and on receipt of the same, the 5 th respondent shall pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
