Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the petitioner shall execute a bond or a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed in Crl.O.P.No.8520 of 2021 order dated 05.05.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
