The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the dispute between the applicant and the respondents has been settled. Hence, seeks leave of this Court to withdrawn these applications and makes an endorsement to that effect in the Court Bundle.

2. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, these Original Applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Interim Order passed by this Court on 28.04.2023 in O.A.No.395 of 2023 stands vacated.
