ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 21.02.2024 and thereby direct the respondents to transfer the Patta No.225, 313 from the vendor's name into the petitioner's name as per the sale deed document No.1442/2022 dated 21.04.2022.

2. The petitioner submitted an appeal on 21.02.2024 before the 3rd respondent challenging the order of the fourth respondent dated 15.02.2024 rejecting the request for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner on the ground that one Thilagavaathi has raised objection, however, the same is pending without consideration.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 2/4

21.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders by disposing of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
