Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.06.2020, the second respondent conducted enquiry in Current paper No.207 of 2020 and the same was closed on 02.08.2020.
