ORDER
Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 09.07.2024 that reads as follows:- "WMP No.19996 of 2024 filed seeking permission to 1/4
file a single Writ Petition is ordered on payment of separate Court fee.
2. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and R2 and would submit that based on the advanced intimation of institution of this Writ Petition, R1, Deputy Registrar of Chits, District Registrar Office, Tindivanam has furnished copies of award dated 07.03.2023 in ARC No.71 of 2021.
3. However, Mr.Stalin would submit that necessary charges are yet to be paid by the petitioners in this regard.
4. Hence, the petitioners are directed to remit the charges prior to the next date of hearing and since the awards have been sent on 08.07.2024, they will also confirm receipt of the same.
5. List on 22.07.2024 at the end of admission list."

Parties confirm that necessary charges have been paid and the orders also dispatched by the Registrar. While one person is stated to have received the order, others have not, as the orders have been returned for want of sufficient address.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that parties will collect the orders in-person.

In any event, as the object of the writ petition stands achieved by virtue of order dated 09.07.2024, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
