This application has been filed consequent to the unfortunate death of the second plaintiff, viz., A.Balachandran pending the proceedings.

2. In the application, the applicant seeks to implead the proposed plaintiffs as plaintiff Nos.3 to 5. No dispute is raised over the status of the proposed parties to be impleaded as plaintiffs 3, 4 and 5.

3. This application stands allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs to carry out necessary amendment reflecting the death of the second plaintiff and bringing on record his legal representatives as plaintiffs 3, 4 and 5. The said amendment to be carried out on or before 25.06.2025. 11.06.2025 Maya
