Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditional order passed on 12-05-2021 at the time of granting Anticipatory bail in the above Crl.O.P.No.8668/2021 to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M until further orders and pass such further or other order as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PERUMALSWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 12.05.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8668 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 12.05.2021 directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. Except the above relaxation condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 23.02.2021 in Crl.OP.No. 8668 of 2021. stand unaltered.
