O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent in O.mu.No.294570/2024/R2/dated 29.02.2024 in respect of the property bearing Old Door No.1, New Door No.37, Karni Thottam 3rd street, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the very same issue is pending before the second respondent, namely, the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments. Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the second respondent in pending proceedings under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the second respondent in pending proceedings under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act.
