2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side)submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.527 of 2015. 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry with the police as and when the respondent police make enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
