O R D E R

Apprehending that the respondents are attempting to lay pipe-line in the petitioner's comprised land in Survey No.69/11B, Vailapadi Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.P.A.Chithramani, learned counsel for appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the pipe-line under the CRIDP Scheme was laid only in the Survey No.70 which is a path-way. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the respondents have no intention to lay any pipeline in the petitioner's land.

4. In these circumstances, the petitioner cannot be aggrieved and his apprehension that the respondents might lay pipe-line in his property, is clarified through the submissions made by the Government Advocate.

5.With the above observation the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
