2. This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.2632 of 2015 on 21.9.2015 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m, until further orders. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are aged persons and on account of the onerus condition imposed by the Court below, they find it difficult to sign before the respondent police every day morning and evening due to their health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition. Hence they prayed for modification of the above said condition imposed by the court below.

4. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioners, the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.2632 of 2015 dated 21.9.2015, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in every month on every last Saturday of that month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October 2015, until further orders.
