This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the bailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Namakkal in C.C.No.865 of 2021 dated 30.12.2021 against the 4th respondent within stipulated time. 2.

Since Non-bailable Warrant has been recalled, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
