The petitioners have filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to extend the time to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5374 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of Legal Service Authority, attached to the trial Court concerned.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
