ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to respondent to survey the petitioners land and to fix the metes and boundaries in Ayan Punjai Survey No. 197/1B3 and 197/5B2 to an extent of 0.38.50 Ares and 0.06.50 Ares respectively situated at Ulagankanthan Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation 01.12.2023 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the lands in Ayan Punjai Survey No. 197/1B3 and 197/5B2 to an extent of 0.38.50 Ares and 0.06.50 Ares respectively situated at Ulagankanthan Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
