ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.432 of 2008 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Mechery Police Station and quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had died.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.432 of 2008 has been completed and the same has been closed as "Mistake of fact" in RCS No.33 of 2008 on 29.08.2008.
