This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of condition of No.5(c), which requires the petitioner to deposit the entire amount of Rs.31,00.000/- to the credit of Crime No.519 of 2025, as imposed in the order dated 10.11.2025 in Crl O.P. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of condition from depositing Rs.31,00.000/- are pray to furnishing security by way of immovable property which situated at Thandalam Panchayat. However, no valuation certificate has been filed. Further, upon examining the factual position, it is found that the petitioner has utilised the amount which was inadvertently credited by the bank to the petitioner's account. Therefore, this Court does not find any valid ground to modify the condition.
