Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondent herein to not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry as and when the police makes enquiry and the said enquiry shall be completed, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
At the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
