A.No.2487 of 2024 has been filed to receive the additional documents enlisted hereunder on behalf of the applicant/petitioner in the above suit and permit the applicant to mark the same. A.No.2488 of 2024 has been filed to re-open the evidence of PW1 closed on 15.12.2022 in the above suit.

A.No.2490 of 2024 has been filed to recall PW1 in the above suit to mark the documents.

A.No.2491 of 2024 has been filed to issue subpoena to Mr.N.Ravi (Enrollment No.3511/2018) having his office at No.160, I St, Floor, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai 600 001, as a witness before this court in the above matter in the interest of absolute justice.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing these applications.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

5. Issue Sub-poena summons to Mr.N.Ravi (Enrollment No.3511/2018) having his office at No.160, I St, Floor, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai 600 001, to appear before the learned Additional Master on 30.08.2024, as a witness.

6. Registry is directed to post the matter before the Additional Master for recording evidence on 30.08.2024.
