O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the respondent police to register a case against the said persons and investigate the matter in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent on 19.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 19.09.2015, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.285 of 2015 before the respondent and a counter case has been pending in C.S.R.No.282 of 2015. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry. Further, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and the said enquiry shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the complaint is closed, a copy of the Closure Report would be forwarded to the parties concerned, within a period of one week from the date of closing the complaint. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the same in accordance with law by making a private complaint. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
