ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, challenging the refusal check slip dated 18.03.2025 and consequently to direct the respondents to register the document viz., certified copy of the order made in C.R.P.No.2954 of 2015 dated 26.02.2021 presented by the petitioners.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners presented the order copy of a Civil Revision Petition in

C.R.P.No.2954 of 2015 dated 26.02.2021, which was passed by this Court. However, the 3 rd respondent refused to register the same on the ground that there is no provision in law for registering orders/judgments of the High Court and hence the same cannot be registered. Aggrieved by this refusal, petitioners have filed the present writ petition.

3. At the outset, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioners may re-present the certified copy of order made in C.R.P.No.2954 of 2015 dated 26.02.2021.

4. In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioners to re-present the certified copy of order made in C.R.P.No.2954 of 2015 dated 26.02.2021. The concerned respondent shall consider and register the document if it is otherwise in order. If for any reason, the registering authority finds that the registration ought to be refused, the same shall be done after assigning reasons. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to
