No. Na.Ka. 4311/2002/A1 dated 14.08.2002 and to set aside the same and to pass further orders.

The petitioner filed O.A. No.5486 of 2002 before learned Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal, which came on transfer to this Court as Writ Petition No.6841/2007, challenging the order of termination dated 14.08.2002 passed in Proceedings Na.Ka.No. 4311/ 2002/A1 by the District Treasury Officer, Erode, the 3rd respondent herein.

2. When the matter was taken up on 02.02.2015 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence it was listed under the caption for dismissal today. But even today, no one appeared for the petitioner.
