Criminal Original Petition filed to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2015, investigate and file a final report in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted by the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent and the same was closed on 03.10.2015 on that ground that the petitioner is having possession of the property and the respondents have not created any forged documents and hence, he has to approach civil Court for appropriate remedy. He further submitted that a copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 4.In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
