ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C, r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in Cr.No.124 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner and other accused assaulted the defacto complainant with hands and also threatened her with dire consequences and thereby the defacto complainant sustained injuries. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a complaint against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter and would further submit that there are fifteen previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are fifteen previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
