O R D E R

Criminal Original Petition filed to issue suitable direction to the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station, Thiruvallur District, to register the complaint dated 27.09.2015 in C.S.No.729 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27.09.2015, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.729 of 2015 before the respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the enquiry.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. Further, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and the said enquiry shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the complaint is closed, a copy of the Closure Report would be forwarded to the party concerned within a period of one week from the date of closing the complaint. It is open to the petitioner to agitate the same in accordance with law by making a private complaint. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
