This Petition has been filed to relax the condition to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders, imposed in the order dated 26.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16341 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. In this case final report is filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
