ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for transfer of patta in his name which was wrongly issued in the name of the 4 th respondent.

Heard Mr.S.Arokiamaniraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 3. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to 4 th respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
