C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that writ appeals have been filed against the common order passed in the writ petitions and the Division Bench of this Court has also granted an order of interim stay.

2. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, these contempt petitions need not be keep pending. Therefore, the Contempt Petitions stand closed. It is always open to the petitioners to revive the contempt, in case, the outcome of the writ appeals is in their favour, either before this Court or before the Division Bench concerned.
