J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal has been filed against the decree and judgment of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram made in A.S.No.17 of 2011 dated 04.02.2013 confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.18 of 2008 dated 23.11.2010 passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee. The appellant is the defendant in the suit. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up, it is noted that Mr.M.V.Muralidaran and Mr.B.Sundara Pandiyan, the learned Counsel on record, has given a letter to the Registry on 30.03.2015 not pressing this Second Appeal.
