ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report based on the FIR No.1008 of 2017 dated 19.09.2017.
2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner that there was theft in her house, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.1008 of 2017 on 19.09.2017 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC against unknown accused. 3.Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that accused is not known, a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner, cannot be issued.

Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
