This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to file any false case against the petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the defacto complainant Chitra gave a complaint against the petitioner Ganesan with regard to money dispute before the respondent police and CSR No.102 of 2026 was assigned. Now, the issue between them has been settled.
