O R D E R

The petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Thirumarugal Panchayat Union Elementary School in 2004. He was transferred to Seruthur Panchayat Union Middle School in 2005. The service of the petitioner was regularised in the year 2006. The petitioner was later transferred to Thopputhurai Government High School. The petitioner in the mean time completed B.Ed Course. The name of the petitioner was not included in the priority list in the Thopputhurai Panchayat Union. The petitioner having found that he was not included in the panel for promotion filed this writ petition to consider the representation dated 24.07.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 24.07.2012 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 24.07.2012 along with a copy of this order so as enable the second respondent to take a decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible.
