This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.08.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.
