When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.06.2017, an FIR has been registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.1611 of 2017. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
