Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent herein in Bill Nos.9094022482042001 dated 7.4.2020, 9094022482052001 dated 7.5.2020, 9094022482062001 dated 6.6.2020, 9094022482072001 dated 6.7.2020, 9094022482082001 dated 6.8.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue fresh bills for the period of lock down in terms of Regulation 6 (b) of the TN Electricity Supply Code and adjust the excess sums paid on 4.5.2020, 28.5.2020, 11.6.2020, 9.7.2020, 12.8.2020 with future bills and further forbear the respondents herein from levying and collecting any sums in excess of Minimum charges with respect to petitioner's Service Connection No.019094022482 until the lock down is lifted. 2. The issue that has been raised in the present Writ Petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in the Batch of Writ Petition Nos.7678 of 2020 etc., dated 14.08.2020.

3. Consequently, the direction given by this Court in the above batch of Writ Petitions will squarely apply to the present Writ Petition also. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No Costs.
