Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass order on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2023 within time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner herein. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner.

2. Mr.A.Velmurugan, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 15.04.2023 with regard to the demand of additional sale consideration. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, no complaint was received from the petitioner in order to give police protection to the petitioner. Hence, he may be directed to file a fresh complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police station.

3. Heard and considered rival submissions on either side and perused the records.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and on considering submissions of either side, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police station and on receipt of the same, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, the concerned jurisdictional police is directed to dispose the complaint on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 05.05.2023 rpp/mfa To
