This petition is filed to restore S.A. No.1198 of 2019 on file which was dismissed for non prosecution on 02.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing this petition and this Court is also satisfied with the reasons attributed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to restore S.A. No. 1198 of 2019 on file and list the same on 13.08.2025.
