ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to allocate an authorized land surveyor to survey the land of the petitioner located at pannimadai Village, North Taluk, Coimbatore District vide proceedings No.HSD 897/1381 dated 01.03.1972, based on the representation dated 12.04.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondent. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
