ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.262 of 2016 within a stipulated time.
2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner that there was theft in his house, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.262 of 2016 on 13.07.2016 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC against unknown accused. 3.Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the accused is not known, a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner, cannot be issued.
Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
