COMMON ORDER The prayer in these writ petitions is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 3 to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 13.05.2016 within a short period of time as fixed by this Honble Court.
2. At the time of hearing the writ petitions, Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader represented that the petitioners will have to make a representation before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount and on such representation being made, the same will be considered and disposed of within the time as stipulated by this Court.
3. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to make a fresh representations before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the said authority is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month, thereafter and communicate the same to the parties concerned. No costs.
