These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant viz., T.K.Chandrasekaran; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st defendant viz., T.K.Chandrasekaran; to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 1st defendant T.K.Chandrasekaran viz., Mrs. Surya Kumari, wife of the deceased T.K.Chandrasekaran and Mr.T.C.Dhandapani, son of the deceased T.K.Chandrasekaran.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the same are allowed.

3. The applicant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint.
