This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order for nonprosecution dated 11.04.2023 made in S.A.No.200 of 2010.

3.Hence, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and having satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.
