O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4629 of 2020, dated 05.03.2020 directing the petitioner to stay at Thuthukkudi and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4629 of 2020 on 05.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4629 of 2020 on 05.03.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
