This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in S.T.C.No.86 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 of Ponneri and transfer the same to Fast Track Court IV, George Town at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in addition to above case two other cases are pending against the petitioner in S.T.C.Nos.76 and 79 of 2023 before the learned Fast Track Court IV Court George Town at Chennai which was filed by some other persons. Hence he seeks to transfer all the case to the Fast Track Court IV George Town At Chennai.

3. On perusal of the above it is seen that apart from the prayer sought for by the prayer sought for the petitioner to transfer the case in S.T.C.No.86 of 2023 two other petitions are pending against the petitioner. Hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
